Express It Right!!

The little children brought many a fairytales and folklores alive on stage on the occasion of Children’s Day. Children of Nursery, KG, Prep and Class 1, with creative inputs and assistance from their parents, participated in the ‘Fancy dress competition’ held on the school premises.

They were dressed imaginatively and beautifully to represent different characters. The kids not only delighted the audience, but also seemed to have enjoyed the entire process-dressing, make up, and performance.

The purpose of conducting the competition was to mix learning with fun, and give an opportunity to the tiny tots to go on stage and speak in front of an audience. Such activities help build confidence in children, encourage healthy friendships, inculcate team spirit and inspire them to participate.

The judges assessed the children on the following criteria: creativity and imagination, costume, confidence, and presentation.

All the participants won prizes.
