Right from Nursery to Grade 12, every student has to understand the importance of good health and practise physical exercises. The school inculcates the habit of regular exercise amongst the children.

Parents

A school being a community of students, parents and teachers,we encourage our children to educate their parents the importance of Yoga and Meditation. We advise them that together they can do it at home in the evening and on holidays.

Staff members

To ensure the good health of teachers, school conducts a half an hour morning exercise and meditation session daily in the morning before school starts.
