Ashoka University visits Vidyatree Modern World College

Ashoka University, a brain work of some of the alumnus of IIT, as they wanted to set up a university that would be of a different calibre than that of present higher education in India.

Thus, Ashoka University came into existence and ever since has proved the excellence in the field of higher education.

Academic Programmes at Ashoka are delivered in collaboration with world-class institutions who have active participation with them. The University of Pennsylvania, University of Michigan, Carleton College, King’s College London, Sciences Po, Trinity College Dublin, UC Berkeley, Wellesley College and Yale University are the curriculum partner with Ashoka University.

Vidyatree Modernites got an excellent opportunity to interact with the representatives of Ashoka University on 7th September, 2017 in the school premises. Students of Grade XI and XII got a career counseling and guidance session. The plethora of options provided by the university, in regards to subjects was refreshing.

Brijesh Kumar Pandey, Faculty of English commented that the exchange programmes the university offers with the foreign university looked very exciting and viable. To the deserving and meritorious students, the university offers close to 100% scholarship.
