Seeds sown by Modern School in me, I am passing on to my daughter says Vineeta Balani, 99’batch

ALUMNI STORY - CLASS OF 1999

School is the second home,

always wondered when i was kid what did this mean, realised it only once I left school for my higher education. It was a place of security, a place of faith, a place to learn and a place to know what you want in life.

The Modern school has played a big role in me achieving the success in my life and career. The Principal always said compete with your own self and not the world. It is you who will help yourself climb up the mountain. I so believe it myself and now tell my daughter the same. Set new limit, compete with yourself and win over it. Win to set a new milestone.

A quite bookworm in school never imagined to be am outspoken CA. Thanks to all my teachers and values they built in me. They had nourished me to be a

part of the world where you need to fight for your own self to prove the identity to the world. This was hidden safe and secure in the premises of home and school.

My parents were scared how would I face the CA internship and manage to do job in the corporate world. I did wonders coz the seeds and roots of my education were so strong that nothing could shake me. My determination to compete with myself was so strong that rest all was weak.

And here I stand a proud student of Modern School winning over all obstacles of life.

Thank you all teachers and Principal Ma’am I am short of words to thank you.
