Yoga, a source of strength, flexibility and confidence

Modern School strives to maintain, develop and protect each child’s physical and mental health. As one of the steps to achieve the goal, yoga is practiced in the morning assembly and in weekly yoga classes as well. This not only keeps the students physically fit even during the time of pandemic when children are not getting the opportunity to go out, but also boosts up their immunity.
“Many times my parents also practice yoga with me, and they always motivate me to do it so as it nourishes my physical and mental health” Saanvi Singh of grade 4 Blue shared her experience.
