Summative Assessment for Grade 1 with their unit Where we are in place and time

Summative Assessment is a mode of concluding a unit done in a grade. Learners of Grade-1 had their summative assessment of the unit on homes where they made a model of their dream house. Their models were exhibited and visited by different grades. They explained the type of house they have made, materials that are used in construction of such type of houses, region where they are found and the reason why they chose that type of house. Their confidence and understanding was very evident during the presentation as they could easily answer the raised questions.
