Painting makes my mind fresh and full of imagination

Vanshika Jain’s two painting “SILENCE OF BUDDHA” and “LADY WITH A HAT”will be a part of the EXPRESSIONS 2018- Annual Art Exhibition and Fund raiser. She has been studying in VMWC since Grade II and is in Grade XI now. She shares her thoughts on painting and creativity.

I started with painting when I was in Grade IX. I have a great interest in Art and Craft. I was inspired by my Sister. School has helped me a lot in developing my interest in Arts. They gave me opportunities to showcase my talent and I am thankful to school for that. I have choosen Art as my passion. Art is the only subject which I do with great interest and I can do it any time of the day. For me Art is all about creativity and imagination. The moment I start doing painting my mind is full of freshness and imagination. At last I would say that I want to do painting all my life.
