The conducive learning environment helped me to express myself freely and actually “KNOW THYSELF”

In today’s competitive world just having a good academic record will not take you far in your career be it in the corporate world or any business activity . It might land you a good job but from then it’s your overall personality which will decide how fast and smoothly you climb up the ladder. The same fact holds true if you want to be an entrepreneur. Ask any budding entrepreneur and he/she will explain how your overall personality  traits help you set up your enterprise and what limited contribution does formal education have.  This is exactly what VMWC (Modern School) has done to me.  From being an average student to being a successful senior banker to finally being a first generation entrepreneur, the overall personality development apart from academics during my school days at Modern School has been of invaluable importance. Be it dramatics, the inter house/ inter school competitions, the house system (which gave me the first taste of leadership and helped me learn the invaluable lessons about team building, team work, team motivation etc) and the other extra-curricular activities, everything have played a very vital role in my career growth chart.  The learning conducive environment of the school also helped us in being able to express ourselves freely and actually “ KNOW THYSELF”.
