Ravi Anand Vaish (ISC2001)

I started my career as a Business Analyst, worked with HR initially and then moved to the front end process of handling the US clients and associated processes directly. During my tenure I revamped the processes, raised the standard of performance and quality and since then have won three performance awards for my hard work, dedication, quality and high level of knowledge that I had self acquired by doing things differently.

I remember the most and am thankful for the importance given to the overall development of the child at my school. Besides studies we were always given a chance and opportunity to showcase our talents in a plethora of activities. It’s that exposure, which I had in my early days of school, that truly makes me the person I’m today – strong, confident, and ready to take any challenge.

I’m a knowledgebase for all the new and existing employees for I have learned the smart way of doing things, inculcated in me right from the days of my schooling.
