Fee Schedule and Rules for 2021-22

4. Concessions
a. Whole Year Fee Payment concession:
i. The facility for whole year fee payment is given to make the payment system stress-free for the parents. Parents can opt to pay the whole year’s fee at one go, by 10 April 2021, for a concession of 3% on the total amount.
ii. Please request for the same via “parent desk” and the fee structure on the Lernio app shall be updated with the concessional whole year amount. Please make the requests latest by 8 April, 2021.
b. Referral concession: For every admission referral by an existing parent – 5% concession on the tuition fee may be granted for one whole session. Also, the new admission gets Rs.3,000/- concession on the admission fee.
c. Sibling concession in the school fee: For second child: 10%, For third child: 7%

5. Payment System
a. Parents have to pay all fee through the school mobile app ‘Lernio’. For any assistance in using the mobile app for fee payment, the parents may visit the school office between 9:30 am to 10:30 am Monday to Friday and working days, or ring up the school office at 63890 27613.
b. Parents can also pay the fee at the school office or to the class teacher, via a bank draft during office hours, Monday to Friday.
c. While sending a draft the parent must mention at the back of the draft the following: student name, parent name, class, installment number, and mobile contact numbers.
d. Parents are welcome to pay the fee for any number of instalments in advance.

6. Late Fee
a. After the due date has passed, the fee must be paid with the late fee fine as the amount appears on the ‘Lernio’ app, or at the College office by demand draft during office hours; or demand draft should be sent to the class teacher through the child and receipt obtained within three days.

b. All fee concessions, including sibling concession, may be cancelled in case of repeated late fee more than twice.

c. Late fee fine: Rs. 50 per day after the due date.

d. If the fee is not paid within two weeks of the due date, the teacher will be compelled to no longer undertake the education of the child and the child’s name shall be

7. Transport Fee (in case the school campus is open after universal vaccinations and parental consent)

a. Please contact the school office (63890 27613, 95549 33337) for details of the transport fee as per location, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am Monday to Friday, working days.

b. The transportation fee will follow the same monthly schedule as the tuition fee. For late payment, the parent will have to pay a fine of Rs. 50 per day. This fine will be in addition to any late tuition fee fine.

c. For availing the school transport service, the transport service registration form needs to be filled
and submitted at the school office. This form will be available at the school office. The transport
service is for the complete session. The transport service cannot be discontinued in mid-session.
The whole session’s transport service fee shall remain applicable.

8. Mid-session admission fee rules
a. In case of any admission during the mid-session, the preceding two fee installments shall be payable.

b. In case of any withdrawal during mid-session, the upcoming two fee installments shall be payable before the Transfer Certificate is issued.

c. The above two rules also apply to the transport fee or any other add-on fee.
